**Section 1: Purpose**
This document authorizes the temporary relocation of eligible non-native shadow entities to adjacent light realms, for no more than two lunar cycles per application period.

**Article 2: Permitted Activities**
1. Applicants may elongate, blur, or reverse themselves, except during local sun eclipses.
2. Strictly prohibited: Merging with native shadows or photobombing historical events.

– Three (3) certified copies of one’s Reflection Transcript (recently polished).
– Proof of Detachment from Primary Host (Form S-303-A).
